Payment

Payment is due with order - cash/cheques/BACS or credit/debit card payment at time of order or upon collection by arrangement only. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge; debit card payments are free.

All prices are plus VAT at the rate ruling at the time of delivery. For clothing, child sizes are zero-rated, although certain larger children's sizes may be VAT applicable.

We retain the right to change prices, carriage costs and specifications without prior notification. We will not accept any liability or third party loss in the event we change prices, carriage costs or specification without notification.

Ownership of Goods

Title of goods shall not pass to the purchaser until the sum due under invoice for those goods is paid in full to the Company. Until title has passed to the purchaser, the purchaser shall not deal with or dispose of the goods other than in its normal course of business, and until such time the Company reserves the right to enter onto the premises of the purchaser or its agent or customer to repossess all or part of the goods, without prejudice to any other legal remedy available to the Company.

ALL COLOURS AND SIZES DETAILED OR ILLUSTRATED IN THIS BROCHURE ARE FOR GUIDANCE ONLY. SOME COLOUR ICONS ARE NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF THEIR APPEARANCE. GREY MARL, ASH, DENIM, WASHED AND VINTAGE ARE EXAMPLES OF COLOURS/STYLING THAT CANNOT BE ACCURATELY DISPLAYED. IN THE EVENT CONFUSION OCCURS WITH COLOUR ICONS, WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES INCURRED.
